Software center shows no updates found fix.

FIX:

1. Try restarting services\Run policies.
2. Do ccm repair.
3. Open cmd. Cd c:\Windows\ccm
4.  Ccmrepair.exe
5. Then check ccmsetup log, (should throw code 0)
6. If failing or stuck on repair, try client installation from CCM folder.
7. Try restarting BITS , WU, & SMS Agent Host services and check again. Updates should get pushed in software center
