CAUSE:
Fix:
- > Open Configuration Manager Properties from Control Panel.
- > Select the Cache tab.
- > Click the Delete Files button.
- > Select the Delete persisted cache content, if desired.
- > Click the Yes button.
Solution for SCCM issue 0x80091007(-2146889721)
Basically for .Net, visual c++ or any application installation may throw above error in software center.
